 Teaching Philosophy 
 I believe that education is a transformative process that empowers students with knowledge, skills, values, and the confidence to become responsible professionals and lifelong learners. My role as a teacher is not merely to impart information but to inspire curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and create an environment where students actively engage in learning. I strive to make the classroom learner-centered, interactive, and inclusive. Every student has unique abilities, learning styles, and aspirations. Therefore, I employ a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, group activities, problem-solving exercises, presentations, and technology-enabled learning, to accommodate diverse learning needs.
