About MDP: AIMSR &ASBM Institutes are committed to providing Management Development Programs (MDPs) for executives with the passion to enrich their managerial skills. The MDPs are carefully designed to accommodate the continuously evolving and changing industry trends & broaden the understanding of participants.

Program overview: Productivity and happiness at work is an intensive focus area of this MDP, to enhance capabilities of employees. This MDP aims to equip management decision makers in the domain of managing self and others. This MDP will provide exhaustive learning in areas such as self-motivation and relationship management. The primary focus of this MDP will be to upgrade the coping skills of working professionals. This MDP has been designed to motivate working executives to develop individual action plans for their career development.

Program objectives:
‘What gets measured, gets managed’ – Peter Drucker.
But ‘what to measure’ and ‘how to understand it effectively’ are the key differentiators for any individual involved in planning his wellbeing management program, a culture of happiness for himself at work.

The objectives of the MDP are:

  • To build appreciation for wellbeing in cultivating happiness at work.
  • To generate awareness about sustainable wellbeing practices available.
  • To sensitize participants towards key skills needed to manage emotions successfully.
  • To associate one’s emotional quotient with successful career progress.


Duration:
• Each session will be planned for 120 minutes for a batch of approximately 10-15 participants

1 Building Brand YOU Do we understand what is unique about us as a brand? If we did, it will help us create a positive image of ourselves and impact both our professional and personal performance.
2 Mapping EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT (EQ) How we react and the impact we have on others and situations depends on our emotional intelligence. We can keep improving EQ by interpreting our scores.
3 Developing a HOLISTIC PERSPECTIVE Successful career management requires thinking holistically. Do we understand opportunity awareness and transition learning?

 

Pedagogy:
While it will have real life examples of best practices for managing well-being, it will be an interactive workshop where participants will get constructive feedback to evolve a personal wellbeing action plan. The aim is to give the participants ideas that will jog their minds and stay with them. Afterall, happiness is associated with higher productivity and satisfaction at work.
