Program overview:
The improvement of customer experience through the adoption of digital technologies & business models by an organization is known as digital transformation.
While increasing efficiency, value or innovation are the main reasons for its deployment, a firm can gain a lot of other advantages by implementing digital technologies.
With regard to all facets of an organization, from its business models to its customer experiences, digital transformation fundamentally adopts a consumer driven, digital first strategy. It makes use of a range of digital technologies to drive workflows, quicker & smarter decision making & real time reaction to disturbances. As a result of the drastic shift in client expectations, new business opportunities are created.
The industry is currently undergoing a digital transformation driven by data, enhancing quality, flexibility, future proofing, efficiency & holistically improving overall agility & operations

Program objectives:
The objectives of the MDP are:
1. Understand typical current customer journeys using checklist of questions to help determine what customers are looking for & experiencing
2. Explore important technologies & steps needed to implement necessary technology to accomplish their goals.
3. Track right metrics to determine the effectiveness of implementing a digital customer service strategy.

Duration:
Each session will be planned for 120 minutes for a batch of approximately 10-15 participants

2 Digital Customer Experience Creative ways to enhance digital customer experience will be discussed.
3 Verticals to be covered Manufacturing, Logistics, Real Estate, Pharma, Infrastructure & Healthcare.

 

Pedagogy:
The pedagogy employs case studies & group analyses interspersed with sessions on concepts and real life examples of business practices of digital transformation.
The sessions are essentially interactive & participants are encouraged to question assumptions & identify new opportunities pertaining to their domains.
