Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy combines academic rigour with industry relevance. I believe that effective management education must develop critical thinking and ethical decision-making skills through experiential learning, case methods, and research-driven projects. As a teacher and researcher, I encourage students to connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications through data-driven analysis and reflective learning.

- Intramural Grant on Ayurvedic Products (2024)
Dr. Reetika Dadheech received an Intramural Research Grant of ₹15,000 from SGT University in 2024 for the project titled “Development and Evaluation of Aurvani Ayurvedic Products for Therapeutic Applications.” The project focused on formulating and assessing Ayurvedic products aimed at promoting holistic wellness through indigenous medicinal knowledge. The study was successfully completed in 2024 and contributed valuable insights into natural product development and application in modern healthcare. - Intramural Grant on Herbal Tea (2024)
Dr. Reetika Dadheech was awarded an Intramural Research Grant of ₹25,000 from SGT University in 2024 for the project titled “Formulation and Market Feasibility Study of Herbal Tea as a Functional Health Beverage.” The research emphasized the nutritional and therapeutic potential of herbal tea blends and analyzed consumer acceptance, sensory attributes, and commercialization prospects. This project was successfully completed in 2024, reinforcing the university’s commitment to research on herbal and sustainable wellness products.

- Conducted 5 days Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Writing and Publishing in High-Impact Journals & Qualitative Research using NVivo Software,” organized by the Indian Institute of Industrial Safety and Research (IIISR)
- Invited as Resource Person & Technical Review Committee Member for the International Conference on Global Management (ICGM–2025), organized by the University of South Wales, Australia, in collaboration with the Global Academic Research Forum (GARF). Served as Reviewer and Session Expert for the Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior track, evaluating international research papers and contributing to the technical review process.
- Invited as Keynote Speaker at the International Conference on Ethics in Research (ICEEE–2025), jointly organized by the Institute of Computer Engineering and Ethical Education (ICEEE) and SGT University, Gurugram. Delivered the keynote address on “Integrating Ethical Principles in AI-Driven Research and Management Practices”, emphasizing responsible research, data transparency, and academic integrity.
- Invited as Resource Person in the National Faculty Development Program on Qualitative Research and NVivo Software in Social Sciences, organized by Research Shiksha in collaboration with SGT University, Gurugram, and the Indian Academicians and Researchers Association (IARA), held in April 2024. Delivered a detailed session on “Qualitative Data Coding and Visualization using NVivo” for doctoral and postgraduate researchers. Guest Speaker in the Training-the-Trainer Program on Rural Leadership (2025), organized jointly by Vishav Yuvak Kendra, New Delhi, and Panchparmeshwar Vidyapeeth, Varanasi. Delivered an inspirational session on “Developing Transformational Leadership Skills for Rural Change-Makers”, focusing on participatory governance, women empowerment, and capacity building for rural youth leaders.
- Invited as Resource Person in the Faculty Development Program on Research Design and Publication Ethics, organized by the School of Business Management, SGT University, in association with Elsevier Author Services, conducted in October 2023. Presented an expert talk on “Ethical Dimensions of Research and Scholarly Authorship.”
