The event was formally inaugurated by Sanjay Upadhyay along with Founder Trustee and Chairman Dr. Harishchandra Mishra, Trustee Ashish Mishra, Dr. Balkrishna Parab, Dr. Suvrashis Sarkar, and Architect Jamshid Bhiwandiwala. During the inaugural session, the dignitaries emphasized the importance of voluntary blood donation as a life-saving act and encouraged students and staff to contribute to this noble cause.

The blood donation process was conducted by professional medical staff from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. The camp was organized at the Aditya Colleges campus near Shimpoli Metro Station, where a well-structured medical setup was arranged for donor screening, blood collection, and post-donation care.

To ensure maximum participation and awareness, the organizing team carried out extensive promotional activities across the campus. Information about the drive was disseminated through banners, posters, standees, LED displays, and offline outreach initiatives led by students of Aditya Group of Institutions. These awareness efforts helped highlight the life-saving importance of blood donation and motivated individuals to volunteer.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, administrative staff, ISR coordinators, and volunteers. Their collective involvement reflected a strong commitment to community welfare and institutional social responsibility. The initiative also provided students with an opportunity to gain practical exposure to event coordination, teamwork, and social advocacy. As a token of appreciation, all blood donors received certificates of recognition from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute along with refreshments including a token cup and an energy drink.
