Teaching Philosophy
My philosophy of teaching management is centered on one core principle: management is a practice, not just a theory. The PGDM classroom is not a lecture hall; it is a laboratory for decision-making, a boardroom for strategy, and a launchpad for future leaders. My purpose is to bridge the gap between academic concepts and practical application, transforming students from passive recipients of knowledge into active, analytical, and industry-ready professionals.
