Parents Meet
The MCA Department of Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research successfully conducted a Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) on 27th December 2025,under the able guidance of our respected Director & Dean, Dr. Balkrishna Parab Sir.
The meeting focused on students’ academic progress, placements, internships, professional ethics, discipline, and overall career development. It provided a valuable platform for meaningful interaction between parents, faculty, and management, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing industry-ready and professionally competent graduates.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Balkrishna Parab Sir for his constant guidance and leadership, and thank all parents, faculty members, and the management for their valuable participation and continued support.
A Parents’ Meet for MMS Semester I students was conducted on 29th November 2025. The session was addressed by Director Dr. Balkrishna Parab, HoD Dr. Krati Sharma, and the respective subject faculty members.
The meeting focused on the following key points:
Academic Performance and Progression:
Parents were briefed about the overall academic status of the batch, assessment patterns, attendance requirements, and areas where students can improve. Faculty members shared insights on classroom engagement and highlighted the support available for students facing academic challenges.
Placement Preparation Sessions:
The Director and HoD discussed the institute’s structured approach toward early placement readiness. This included an overview of ongoing skill-building activities, aptitude training, communication enhancement modules, and initiatives designed to align students with industry expectations.
Open Interaction with Faculty:
Parents had the opportunity to engage directly with faculty members to discuss their ward’s performance, learning habits, and overall progress. Faculty addressed individual queries, provided feedback, and assured continued guidance for academic and professional development.
