Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026
The Smart India Hackathon (SIH) Internal Round was organized to provide students with a platform to showcase their innovative ideas and develop solutions for real-world problem statements. The event focused on encouraging creativity, technical problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation among students.
During the internal round, participating teams presented their proposed solutions to a panel of faculty members/judges. The teams were evaluated based on parameters such as innovation, feasibility, technical approach, relevance to the problem statement, and potential impact. The best-performing teams were shortlisted for further participation in the Smart India Hackathon.
The event successfully promoted an innovation-driven environment and helped students enhance their presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while preparing them for the national-level SIH platform.
