Aditya Group of Institutions ( AGI) hosted an insightful 2 days workshop on Humanistic Management and Leadership led by Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz Co – founder & Director, Humanistic Management Center from Switzerland.
The session highlighted values-driven leadership, ethical decision-making, and the importance of human dignity in management. Dr. Ernst also shared his reflections on student feedback and case study discussions, appreciating the depth of learning and the enthusiasm of students in engaging with real-world leadership challenges.
A guest lecture was delivered by Prof. Arun Upadhya from Florida International University, Miami, on the theme “Thriving in the Age of Emerging Technologies.” He discussed the growing impact of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Data Analytics on modern business and marketing. Prof. Upadhya emphasized the need for digital adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning to stay relevant in a tech-driven world.
He shared practical examples of how organizations use emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and sustainability. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, encouraging students to combine human creativity with technological skills to succeed in the future workplace.
