Aawahan 2025 - an Induction Program for MMS/MCA Batch 2025-27, designed to provide a holistic blend of creativity, management learning, technology, social interaction, and personal development. The program aims to enrich the student experience, foster overall growth, and build a strong sense of community within the Institute through interactive sessions, workshops, and collaborative activities.

Day 1 Highlights

The grand induction program for MMS and MCA Batch 2025-27 students began today with great enthusiasm!

Guest Address: The Guest address was delivered by Dr. Kiran Yadav, who inspired students with valuable insights and words of encouragement.

Departmental Presentation: Our faculty introduced the academic vision, departmental culture, and future opportunities awaiting the new batch. Along with the Introduction of the Statutory Committees which included- Attendance, IIC, Women Development Cell, Grievance Cell and Anti Ragging Committee for the smooth conduct during the 2 years.

Skit on Anti-Ragging: The day concluded with a thought-provoking skit, spreading awareness about the importance of maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment.

A perfect start to a journey filled with learning, growth, and camaraderie!

Day 2 Highlights

Day 2 was all about learning, growth & inspiration

The day started with the Session on Interpersonal Lab by Ms. Aneeta Madhok (MD, Open Spaces Consulting). The session set the tone with powerful insights on building meaningful professional connections.

This was followed by a Panel Discussion on Careers in HR on the topic “From Campus to Corporate: Attitude is Your Launchpad. The students got a 360° view of opportunities and challenges in the HR world by the Panellist: Mr. Amit Gursale, Ms. Sneha Karwat, Ms. Mahalaxmi S. and Mr. Sameer Jangan.

The students were made aware of Health & Safety by Ms. Sangeeta Jha (Sr. Nutritionist) reminded everyone: “Wellness is the first step to success!”

After this enlightening session, we had invited Ms. Aruna Deshpande (Workforce Diversity & PoSH Consultant) to talk about POSH Act Session which empowered the students with the knowledge to create safe, inclusive spaces.
Students walked away inspired, aware, and ready to take on new challenges!

Day 3 Highlights

Day 3 began with a perfect mix of knowledge, innovation & energy. It started with a Panel Discussion on Careers in Operations & IT gave students insights into fast-evolving career paths. This was moderated by Prof. Ramakrishnan Iyer and the Panellist were Mr. Harsh Gajjar (CTO, Bright India Tech), Mr. Parth Mistry (Senior Software Developer, Speridian Technologies) and Ms. Sakshi Deshmukh (Project Executive, Webxpress SaaS Solutions).

This was followed by Entrepreneur’s Talk by Mr. Ramanan Ramanathan (Former Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission, Additional Secretary at NITI Aayog) inspired students to dream big & innovate fearlessly. He gave a nice briefing on the various initiative taken by Government of India to promote Entrepreneurship.

This talk was followed by Departmental Presentations (Library & IT) showcased valuable academic and digital resources available to students.

The students were then given an understanding of current trends in AI through a talk on AI in Action by Mr. Siddheshwar Rajadhyax, FMCG Marketing Consultant, demonstrated practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in today’s business world.

The talk was followed by a fun filled Zumba activity by Mr. Kshitij Vaishnav (Content Creator, Choreographer, Educator). This Zumba activity was filled with fun, rhythm, and high-energy vibes to end the day on a lively note!

Day 4 Highlights

The day started with interacting with the Alumni of AIMSR. They discussed on the topic “Alumni on Journey from Academia to Corporate” and talk about their journey in Aditya Institute and the learning that they got and are using in everyday life from the Institute. The Panel included Mr. Ibrahin Shaikh (RPA and OnBase Developer), Kunal Prabhu ( Entreprenuer and Priyanshi Sharma Founder, Digital Marketing Firm.

This enthusiastic panel discussion was followed by a Guest Talk on Brand Mantras by Dr. Jagdeep Kapoor, Founder, Chairman and Director at Samsika Marketing Consultants.

This was followed by the talk by Dr. Arun Upadhyay, Knight Ridder Eminent Scholar Endowment Chair Professor, Department of Finance who talked about the Trends in AI for Education.

Day 5 Highlights

The day began with a creative Arts Workshop. The session provided students with an opportunity to explore their imagination, enhance their artistic skills, and engage in interactive activities that encouraged teamwork and innovation. This was followed by Express Yourself, was conducted exclusively for the MMS and MCA Batch 2025–27. The activity encouraged students to showcase their communication skills, creativity, and confidence. It served as a platform for self-expression, enabling participants to build interpersonal and presentation abilities.

The session featured Management Games conducted by Dr. Vrittee Parikh. The activity aimed at developing management skills such as leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration among students. Participants gained hands-on exposure to practical aspects of management through engaging simulations.
