The International Research Conference 2026 was successfully conducted in hybrid mode, bringing together academicians, researchers, and industry experts to discuss evolving global business dynamics in a digital-first environment, with a focus on next-generation business models and sustainable value creation.

The event began with registration and an inaugural session, including a welcome address by Dr. Balkrishna Parab, , AIMSR Director and Dean of Management Studies, AGI and the felicitation of the keynote speaker and resource person. The keynote address by Dr. Paritosh Basu (Stragility Consulting, IIM Kozhikode) highlighted the role of digital innovation in driving strategic business transformation and building future-ready organizations.
A pre-conference workshop provided practical insights and interactive learning opportunities. Post lunch, the judges, Dr. Kinnari Thakkar and Dr. Geeta .—were introduced, followed by research paper presentations in parallel tracks for students and faculty across various management domains.

The conference concluded with a valedictory session, where Best Paper Awards were presented, and a vote of thanks by Dr. Suvrashis Sarkar, Director ASBM mark engaging in successful culmination of a knowledge-driven and engaging academic event.
