Yoga The Key to a Health and Focused Student Life
A session on “Yoga: The Key to a Health and Focused Student Life” was organized in association with the Institute Innovation Council (IIC).conducted by Mr. Vinay Zende is a Senior Counsellor from the Yoga Institute, Mumbai who highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical well-being, mental clarity, and emotional balance among students.
During the session, students actively participated in guided breathing exercises and simple yogic practices that help reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance overall well-being.
At the end of the session, Dr. Suvrashis Sarkar,Director Aditya School of Business Management extended a sincere vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Mr. Zende for sharing his valuable insights and inspiring students to adopt a healthier and more focused lifestyle.
