Composition of the Academic Council
The Academic Council is a statutory body of every autonomous college. The UGC Regulations (2023) provide that an autonomous college shall constitute its Academic Council a follow:
Regulation 12.3 of the Universities Grants Commission (Conferment of Autonomous Status Upon Colleges and Maintenance of Standards in Autonomous Colleges) Regulations, 2023.
